PLaying in a league does not prevent asshattery. Your wingman can be incompetent (which is *quite* frequent), uncooperative, or working only for himself. The other players may automove. Whatever. League games are not a magical elixir which prevents asshattery ,,,
With regard the lack of chat - you are presuming everyone speaks English fluently enough to chat. I was involved with some games with the Italian lads and they were chatting away and I saw my name mentioned and it took me ages to translate their messages to say that I didn't seem very talkative.
I get annoyed when people fly off the side of the map rather than admit they have damage - and be allowed to glide home using the chivalric rules. OR what gets my goat is in a league when they dive off the side of the map and it is called a draw and you get no points.
I'm quickly running out of goats I can tell you.
