Good catch. He definately had the better shot at the 0 hex target.
Has anyone confirmed that freddie had a 14 pt. shot to be taken? You are assuming he has 0 range set to Long Burst, but only freddie knows for sure. If he does, he seems to have uncovered a bug.
Even with a medium shot it's a chart 13. still better than the chart he had on the other target.
