Okay, you were right, what is the best way to do it for the next round?
Just create password games and use a common simple password. It can be as simple as "facup2" to stand for FA Cup Round 2. Create a thread in the forum with a title like "FA Cup round 2 created" and include the password in the forum posting. All of us tournament players know where to look for these things. We never have problem about strangers joining a passworded tournament game as far as I can remember. The worst is somebody joined the wrong side or the wrong game.
