I'd like to start a new Late War scenario tournment, since I enjoyed a lot the one set up by Pokerguy.

My idea is to find 32 players (me and other 31 ) and set up 4 leagues using the scenario Late War - 2 players (going alphabetically to fill in the leagues).
The first two players of every league will play in the "final" league that will sanction the tourny winner.
Something like the 100 meters at the Olympic games: preliminary heats and then the final.
Who is in for this? I will set up the leagues as soon as we'll be in 32
