I was messing with the TOOLS / Internet Options / Browsing History / Settings
On that page I selected, under Temporary Internet Files, I changed the setting under 'check for newer versions of stored pages'...from automatic to one of the other settings, I cannot recall if it was never, or one of the others,
so what happened was that it wasn't updating the page when I selected someone to tail, as well as a few other weird things...
So, yes, do not do what I did....and no, I haven't gone the non-microsoft route yet...but I probably should....
