| | Message text INTRODUCTION. As you might know, there is a tourney played every two years between two teams of golfers whose name is Ryder Cup. It is played in three days by two teams of twelve players and the format of play is different on each them.
Also, team's captains chose their players and organize them without knowing the selection of the rival.
First and second days they play pairings, and third they play singles. On each game, winner grabs a point and ties give half a point to each team. Team with most points at the end, WINS.
And this is basically what we will try to emulate inside Blue Max.
ROUNDS 1 to 3 Round 1: (6 games) 2 vs 2: Jun 17 - New Models - 4 players 2 x SE5 vs 2 x Alb D5a
Round 2: (6 games) 2 vs 2: The Last Challenge, 4 players. Spad8 & Snipe vs PfalzD12 & SSD3
Round 3: (12 games) 1 vs 1: Late War. Snipe vs SSD4
Pilots for these games will be chosen by each side's captain and never knowing the selections of their enemy.
RULES Team with more points win the game and gets that one point. If they tie in points, then the team with the bigger score wins that game's point. If they remain tied, then they acquire half a point each team. Exiting the board without honor counts as a shotdown even if forced by special damage in your rudder or whatever. Fire crashes count as a shotdown as well. Forfeiture counts as 2 shotdowns. one point per shotdown plus an extra point if it is a cooperative shotdown 2 automoves in 1 game without any good excuse count as a loss of the game. If any member is going on vacation or business trip; they need to tell the team captain. Inclement weather and internet outages are acceptable as well.
GAME SETTINGS Games come in pairs so both sides can be taken for the same group of players. This will equalize any unbalanced complains. 10x8 map Advanced Rules 5 days time out same communication etiquette as squadron tournament.
