I believe that nobody answered because nobody had a clue. I did a fast google search, browsed a few site with plenty of false links, and found only one store that has something to do with that, but I fear it's mainly comics: http://www.villaggiopinguino.it/
I have no clue on its quality and I am not in any way (that I know of) related to it. Also, if this link violates the forum policies I will remove it as soon as notified. It could be possible that they might help you find the stores you need, provided that they exist on the island.
By the way, the top google hit on "cagliari game store" is this thread...
