Sorry Zif, but as far as I know, I still hold that dubious distinction. Here's the record as reported by imdog:

Most hit on the tail: Just4Fun (27 hits) http://www.youplay.it/play/bm_GameMove.asp?GameID=78603

I think I had a Pfalz D.IIIa for that game, so at least 23 of the 27 came on my last turn (and I think it was more) when my engineless bird was jumped from behind by at least 3 SE5a.

So really, 16 tail hits is pretty good for being shot at by only 1 Albatros! I encourage you to please keep trying for the record. I would be very happy to pass it on to somebody else!!
