After receiving 14 red and a blue chit in a game, it can be that the pilot killed arrived and and overwritten on the destroyed wings. Anyway, what is clear here is that he went down for at least three different reasons: tail, fuselage and wing/pilot killed, with the fourth that, due to the quantity of damage received, is very likely.
