Ksnake's Law: For every sweet move there is an equal and opposite die roll.
(And it is a law, not a theory ...)

--> Counter point though: Isn't it the obnoxiously bad luck that seems to sometimes counter a brilliant move, isn't that what brings the new guys back long-enough to become Veterans and Aces? Wasn't it for most of us? Wasn't it that thought that "If I'm patient & careful THIS time I may have a 1in6 shot at bagging or even getting the "NOD" from a Scottireb,or a Killer-1, etc."? (or whoever your nemesis of the month club member was at the time). It was for me- The delicious possibility of "...a dish best served cold." I'm Probably the first person to talk/wine about Sh*%#Y die rolls on this site (or anything else for that matter ) as many will attest, but I will also be the 1st to admit that they (bad rolls on bothsides) have saved my bacon as often as not. -Just playing Devil's advocate (my "2 cents worth", if you will.)
