Don't worry, my Lord. Ksnake had his part of bad luck with me in our last two games yesterday.
But I owe him an acknowledgement for his gentleman's behavior.
In both games I noticed that he had lost his engine and he knew I wouldn't have fired on a defenceless opponent; so, being in advantage, he chose twice to leave across the wrong side of the map, halving his points and giving me the victory.
