In my opinion "free speech" is a condition created by an existing state of democracy which.. (also in my opinion) by definition states that; "The needs of the many shall outweigh the needs of the few".

I would like to point out that you share a modern view of the US Constitution. The original intent was that the individuals rights as garrantied by the Constitution with the Bill of Rights was paramount no matter what the needs of the many. But thru 200 years of legeslation our goverment has been succesful in changing the intent to the perception of " the needs of the many." Extend the freedom of speech until someone gives you a reason not to and just don't talk to them anymore. This web site is a free enterprize and they can as should limit our use in any way they see fit. My two cents worth, thanks.
