I would put a clearly defined of Etiquette on game play. such as
1. Keep yourself active, if no, give a note at least to your team leader.
The general unacceptable behaviour specified in BM is as follows, in order of severity:
1. doppleganger (same physical player register more then once in a game with different login/user name)
2. table talk on strategy and move(no matter on the table or under table)
3. Any other behaviours that is generally unacceptable by other players (for example, promise to fight until dead and then left the board prematurely)
Fail to do so may result of ordering one round of beers to all squadron players  to forever removal the whole team from squad /complaint letter to Nick
