I had the impression that some lasted longer than others, probably I was wrong.
So it's 2 weeks from creation, regardless of when the last player joined or the move timeout.
Games won't start till the roster is full. If a player who signed up is a no-show from the start, then I believe the league and its games are deleted when the first time-out rolls around.
