Hehehe, well... I started with some kind of Basic I programmed my scientific calculator with. From there I've taken some level in Pascal, Fortran, C, Basic and Visual Basic, some assembler and the next in the row will be finally something pretty actual: C#

PHP is nothing I have an idea about, but sure I'd rather prefer Pascal than C. From my humble point of view is a language much better than C for programming teaching
