There was a Avalon Hill game called Submarine. It deals with German U-boats and Atlantic convoy. The hard part is converting it to a web application. My understanding is WSIM has been on beta for a while already. Who knows how long it will take for some part time developer(s) to make Submarine into YouPlayIt?
