Dear all,

The first time this happens to me:

In turn 11, I got both a smoke and a fire chits.
Turn 13, fire is extinguished, but I still have the smoke. Turn 15, smoke turns into fire.
Is this just bad luck, or in the rules (I could not find this particular case), or an implementation glitch?
