I'm wondering what is required of a squad leader? I can't remember that far back!
Recruit 3 squad mates and report as active. After that its just communication.
Essentially, serve as liaison between your squadron and others. Also forward info about the squadron to me for inclusion at the new squadron homepage. You might want to recruit a few more players so you can cover if someone is away on vacation or other RL issues prevents them from playing. Coordinate with your members to organize into pairs and flights. Perhaps organize some team practice matches between members to work out or hone your team work.
