I tried to contact Blan with no reply. So do we get a Tourney win? I would have much rather played than earn the win with no fight. However, a win is a win...

No, its not a tourney win - I view this game as the same as a game that didn't fill up in time by a particular side. I will remake the game and if the same side fails to sign up or doesn't log in enough early on to kick automove into play, then yes, it would count as a win.
