Yup. Since the game doesn't have altitude it is an assumption that an a/c in the hex directly behind a two seater is automatically lower. It would be possible to house modify the board-game to make the statement that you may fire at an a/c in the hex directly behind a two seater so long as it is not facing the same direction, but I simply forgot to put it in. That would be a pretty good house rule or errata when I think about it. |
