Or TWO chat, a squad chat and a general game chat, hoping in nettiquette about too detailed squad suggestions. es: "xyx, make 17L and we will shot togheter at yxy".

Right, making this "first turn chat" visible to all after first turn could help 
Unfortunately I know nothing about its feasibility..
