Any way to get the non-moving players in this game to move?

There is a circle-tail going on and the planes involved in the tail are refusing to move and give up their tail, including pilots who are tailing friendly planes.
I have posted messages in both the League message board as well as messages in the individual game board requesting that someone move in order to break up the circle tail, yet none of these pilots will do so.
In fact, I gave up my tail on an opposing plane in an attempt to get this game going, to no avail.
Lastly, I have sent individual email messages to three of the four pilots who have refused to move, in an attempt to get them going, also without success or response from those pilots.
I understand that I am whining about this game, and a fine whine it is, but something needs to be done in order to get this game going. It has been sitting dormant for quite a while now.
