Yes, we are.
I'm the one working on this, since the last summer.
Cartagena is the first game implemented here, and it was the only one that didn't use transactions.
Implementing transactions on the existing code was harder than expected and, without doing it, it isn't possible to fix the league problem.
Anyway it should have been fixed since long time. The reson it has not, is that in the meantime I had to stop working on it. Personal reasons, and real work deadlines, took away all my my spare time until now.
I started to work on that again during the last few days, so I will try to keep you informed as soon as we'll have a complete solution to test.
