My memory is a little scetchy tonight, but I recall this bug being discussed a few months ago.
If I recall correctly, the problem centred on the fact that (as currently programmed) they can't display both the "On Fire" graphic and the big X "shot down" graphic at the same time.
Obviously it hasn't been fixed and is still on the "to do" list.
