| | Message text I think that reducing and limiting the scenarios would be a mistake. The site continues to grow, adding new options and aspects which make the site more accessible and rewarding to new players and veterans alike.
Players using certain scenarios to increase their score has always happened, and probably always will do. I've played the Snipe v Pfalz scenario several times on an 8 v 8 board as the Snipe and never succeeded, but I love the challenge. If I see someone who is obviously out for a few quick easy kills I generally don't play them.....or take great pleasure in making sure I shoot them down 
New pilots will always be lambs to the slaughter in any game, until they learn to gain the right skills and give as much as they get. It took me a long time to get to a decent skill level. I don't think too many players will be scared off because there are so many different players to play against and so many scenarios to chose from.
The Snipe and SS dIII and dIV add a great dimension to the game. I love flying against the SS as a Bristol fighter for example.
Variety makes things more exciting. Just ignore the pilots you're talking about. YouPlayit has the nicest, most honourable users I've ever encountered on the internet.......there's plenty of nicer pilots to fly against  |
