Hi YouPlay admins!
I found that when you got R fatal damage to wings, log allways contains 'pilot killed' statement.
But if you draw 1 R, you may pull 'PK' chit or wing damage, not both.
I discovered it while gathering info for Tournament Magazine, and noticed that pilot killed often followed by no wings remained. Here some clear examples:
Game 191403, turn 14, florent28
Game 196727, turn 5, wetty11
Game 198604, turn 4, Azzarc
Game 198606, turn 8, Regis
P.S. To stop flame - of course, I can imagine that plane without wings surely crash, and pilot didn't survive... But in this game this message doesn't appear when you lost your tail or fuselage.
I think this is just the way PK effect is handled by the game engine.
I mean, as there is no co
ndition to indicate practically a pilot killed effect on the plane chart, the game engine handles the situation by filling out a full plane section (e.g. all wings) thus forcing the destruction of the plane.
This is the reason why if you are shot down by a single R chit with PK, you'll also see all your wings gone...
