This is not another bug, it's always the same 
Currently Cartagena League Games end without updating the league score.
I'm working on it, and I was hoping to fix it during last week-end, but it was harder than expected, and this gave us the opportunity to rewrite other older Cartagena functions, to make it less error prone.
You have to wait only a little bit more.
After fixing the problem, we will write a small program to recalculate every Cartagena League scores, so in the end everything will be Ok.
