If you keep a close eye on the passworded games (Sat. through Mon.through YouPlay.It) you can find your squadron and their challenges , then volunteer for assignment. The Squadron Forum is a perk but not required. I believe Squadron members should be responsible (not saying you aren't, just saying) in signing up in time. I also think being strict and consistant with the Zero Tolerance is good.
