The system works in a different way: there is no combat chart, but only a single list of damages. The computer calcualtes the base value and add a dice roll, the it looks in this list for the correspondant damage value.
If your base column is more tha 15, just consider the difference added to the dice roll.
Yes, it's a bug but... do you ever survived 7R and still be able to be armful ?
