All the point other player made is very good. And I just wish to add one more thing from an old youplayer point of view.
I love youplay.it very much and join it for almost 3 years. I by myself also have sometimes organise and maintain campaigns on youplay.it
I found that the skill set for an developer and a site administrator is very different. Site administration is a very tedious job and sometime boring. But maintaining a good site (such as youplay.it  ) is not an easy task, especially it is free.
Some job, such as scenario management is already delegated to MH and Gugliandalf. But I don't know other job such as Forum moderator, DB administrator or Program job is also outsourced as well.
At June 2007, I really do hope our webmaster can form a group of enthusastic online gamer to develop the site one step further.
