The Legend Maximum is an 2-gun Stability A long burst on a Tailed-Fired Target at 0 hex.

(Base:9,Stb:+3,Fired:+2,Long:+2,Tailed:+2) = 18

However, Since the maximum combat values is 15.

There is no point of achieving combat values higher then this. The min. damage at 15 cv is 4R (even for dice 1 )!!.
