Whilst the idea of squadrons is new, perhaps to help it along we could have a squadron tournament?
I was thinking it could be like a League, with every squadron who enters playing each other once. It would keep people interested, so that if they were beaten in the first few games it would still be possible to win. I'd create a new web page with the league table.
Like football, each win would be awarded 3 points and a draw 1 point, with the equivalent of goals being "kills".
Games would be played using the Siemens-Schukert I v Nieuport 17 scenario so that it's equal, with the games being 5 players vrs 5. If some squadrons did not have 5 members we could play 3 vrs 3 games with the bigger squadrons selecting three of their members to play in that particular game. We could have up to 20 squadrons in the league.
Due to the number of players in each game we would have to start something like 5 games per week, with the slower games probably taking 2-3 months to complete. It would be a bit like a football season in that respect..... 
Is anyone interested in the idea? If so I'll make some plans.
