Programming a squadron system would probably involve too much work. Instead, could some sort of squadron page be added to the site listing people's squadrons with a method for one squadron to e-mail/contact another to arrange a game? And if this is done could an extra piece of information be added to each person's profile to denote the squadron they belong to?
I think it would make things even more fun for some of the regular players.
