I successfully fired to the last enemy but I hadn't victory assignment nor points. Maybe for my observer's gun was jammed?
Yes, your observer's guns were jammed. That would prevent you from shooting.

My gun was jammed AFTER I shot the target. The enemy was shot down by my observer, not by my allied plane. Although he didn't give any relevant damage, he gained victory assignment.
