Arty Observer Escort: The Artillery Spotter Plane must loiter over “No Man’s Land”, the center two columns of the map, while conducting its mission. It must fly two consecutive 2S2 moves while in the area and send the message “Spotting Round”. After another turn, it must again fly two consecutive 2S2 moves and send “Adjust Fire”. After another turn it must again fly two consecutive 2S2 moves and then send “FFE”. After that the plane may retreat off the map on its side. Due to the weight of the radio, the Artillery Spotter plane may not do restricted maneuvers.
Ok, my doubt is the one I did make a reference in a previous message. Being the board 12x10, the number of columns is even. So the two center columns should be (counting on top second row that is the 1st with no half hexes) hexes 6th and 7th and that's ok with an exception. What will we do in the rows with half hexes to take two center columns? To right?, to left? That's killing me to define that area.
The exception is, if I'm supposed to make two consecutive 2S2 I will either start off the area, or end off the area, isn't it?
I will try to take a pic of the 12x10 board, and paint an area and upload it to the group to see if it is that or what.
