| Message text In the old version, when you visited a scenario to consider joining, that window included a link so that you could see what the statistics are like for that particular scenario.
That link is not here in the new version.
Was that intentional or just an omission?
I know some folks admitted they checked out the stats and felt badly because they then wanted to choose the better plane.
But I think it was really useful-- especially for newbies-- at being able to see just how lop-sided some of the games can be. "Sure-- you can take that nieuport if you want to, but notice the other plane is at +98 and notice also the guy starting this scenario has played it 59 times, always as the German."
That provided some useful insight (and possible shame to the pigeon shooters-- but of course, nothing really bothers them anyway.)
Anyway, you put this link up very quickly when the idea was suggested, so the coding seems simple enough. I just wondered if it had been forgotten or intentionally discarded? |
