we do not see that bad. Consider this:

this is a free site (with no advertising at all), we develope this games only for fun and in our spare time,

the new version of Blue Max takes many advantages by the development of WS&IM game (left in beta test for so many months), and is completely rewritten,

the code is composed by thousand of lines of code and is able to manage all the possible condition of the game,

the first bug you mention (0-Range shot) is a very bad one , but we hope to be able to fix it very soon ,

the other two are not bugs, but missing messages in the event list.

If you cannot manage the stress to play a version of Blue Max that have 'lots of bugs in it', we can only suggest you to stop playing until the bugs has been fixed.
