Ok here's the problem - I have red baron 3d not Red Baron 2 - so I don't need to patch it. My problem is windows Xp will not install this game - I keep getting constant error messages. This is the sold out versuion which I have heard people not having a problem with. So I have no idea what is going on.
I don't know about this error. I wonder if you have a bad disk. If I understand it correctly, RedBaron3D should work just fine on XP. My RedBaron2 loaded and worked in XP, I just had to then patch it up to 3D.
If you are interested, I could see how big the files are on the disk, and Zip them up and send them to you. It shouldn't be illegal, since you have the original. You could then burn them to a CD? Or I might be able to make a copy. Error Free.
