| | Message text Sigh. You would think I had learned my lesson by now...
http://www.youplay.it/play/bm_GameMove.asp?GameID=158170&UserID=TnT I made a rookie mistake while flying in the Dr1 vs Panoramix, Miscounted the hexes, and gave him a long range shot. Now, down on points, I had to take risks. Stalled for a head to head shot. Twice. (I said I thought I had to take risks). I wish I could blame my dice (he rolled 6 and 6. I rolled a 3. But I was outflown and needed the dice to win. The better pilot got the dice
http://www.youplay.it/play/bm_GameMove.asp?GameID=158169&UserID=TnT OK, down a game, I really needed a win. I was in the tripe, so I had the fuel, but I needed more points. So, I took more risks. Yup. You guessed it. The "never stall" guy stalled. What can I say, I was desperate. It didn't work. Then I tried some more risky stuff (tried to guess his exit - knowing if I was wrong, he would have my tail). I guessed wrong. I got what I deserved. Oh, my dice were better this game. But he still rolled a six when I stalled
The better pilot won today.
Panoramix advances on points in both games. Good Luck in the next round |
