First off, thanks Nick and others for providing this website and game activity. I will be a contributor for sure - both financially and on this forum. I had wanted to ask about the implementation of guns jamming and pilot skills. I had posted on the pilot skills earlier but a webmaster or yourself had not responded.

So, in the new version coming soon, will the ability to choose long, medium, or short burst along with guns jamming be implemented? I think this will add much to the game, though, I'm sure its difficult to set up. To simply choose one of the three in the same manner you choose rigging or hull in WS&IM, might be implemented prior to each turn in the event you are in a firing position.

Your point about "breeding aces with friendly enemies" is certainly well taken and very clever of you to have surmised. That said, what could be done to implement this feature of the board game transferred to the online version here?

My suggestion and forgive me if it is an impossible endeavor - I certainly don't program.

Like your list of confirmed kills you already have in statitics, perhaps create another counter showing each players current STREAK OF KILLS WITHOUT BEING SHOT DOWN IN ANY game. When a player is SHOT DOWN, his counter gets reset. Post this on the site, the community will love to see who, if any, is riding a current kill win streak and thus has ace skills. That player then would be gunned for and as such, the interest would be fun for all. You might even give a player 35 points for shooting down a player with ace skills instead of the usual 25.

Create your lists of ace skills in a priority fashion you choose at 5 kill intervals. 1st for 5, 2nd for 10 and so on. Create an icon for a player who currently has these ace skills when they play in a game so the opposing players know whats going on. The skills follow the player in whatever plane he flies in and whatever scenario he chooses. On the subject of tournaments, well this could give him an unfair advantage some will say but if he's earned it, then so be it - sort of flying as the number one seed.

I think players will be lucky to get to 10 and the list will be exceedingly short. Perhaps rather than list all players win streaks, keep tabs on only those 5 and above - like the kill chart in Blue Max - who didn't like watching Stachel's chalk plane icon moving up through the ranks? I certainly liked it and the players here will like it too.

Again, the site is great even when i hit a guy for 6Rs and he shoots me down stalling with one R pilot killed - its still a great site and thanks again. If you can, comment on my thoughts and/or suggestions.
