Hmmm. I think I disagree. There was still luck involved - your hits were concentrated on his engine. If he leaves with more points, that means he fired at you more times. If you couldn't hunt him down without an engine (keepiing in mind that he has to leave from _his_ side or lose half his points), then why not give him the win? He did still fly "better" for the larger part of the match.
