D7 should do 3S2 to get to a blind spot for both camels and prepare for a restricted.
Imdog 11R1 or 10R1: 11 has best chance to have a tailing, 10 covers DVII's 15L2 (15 is a must for DVII). Gladiatore 9L2 to cover a possible DVII 1L1 stall.
An interesting alternative is 24L3 for the Fokker:
It's risky, but it's unlike that Gladiatore will stall (imdog himself cannot stall to cover him), and you can end up on the left (blind) side of both camels, catching their tails. You will be at speed 3, but you can easily slow down with a menacing 15R2 on next turn.
Or just play 9L2 and hope Gladiatore is so fool to stall

Indeed there is a strong psychological component in chosing a BM move. Did they try in previous turn a stall trap on you? Or did you just take a similar risk a few moves ago?
I think this is way too risky. Firstly it's rather obvious. Secondly, 10R1 from the nearest camel, and you're full of lead.
My personal opinion is a 6S1. It gets you into the blind spot, a tail on Gladiatore and is nearer the action than 3S2 - it feels more aggressive. Glad is proabably going to 2S2, at which point you can go h2h next time, using A Stabililty and a stronger engine. Should be 1 camel down! 3s2 for me is too far away from the action...
