I still don't have a 13 badge to reflect my donation. I worry that you did't receive it.
I donated, why hasn't it gone through?
Sometimes when you donate it will go to an error page, if that happens the donation won't get automatically processed the best thing to do at that point is e-mail postmaster@youplay.it leave information about your payment if you can, around the time of donation, name or e-mail if its different than the ones associated with your account. we can go back and manually add badges.
if you already did this, I apologize I have gotten backed up in the e-mails from the holidays, and should be able to get through them shortly.
