You can move even now. It is not a bug, it's a feature (tm).

Since game 140137 is a Semplified Blue Max game, damages are always visible by everyone, as stated in the Game Information Box shown near the end of the game page: http://www.youplay.it/play/bm_GameMove.asp?GameID=140137
