| Message text I have seen a few too many chaps fly off the board despite having plenty of fuel and having taken little damage, merely because they are winning on Pts.
Because of the 'edge of the world syndrome' it is simply too easy for players to 'play the coward' and disappear, thus chalking up a win.
It means some players get a few pts ahead and then play safe till scarpering. That said, the majority of players are perfect gentlemen, but it crops up often enough to be annoying - others have agreed with me on this.
Quite possibly this has been discussed before, but I think a say 20% docking of pts for exiting your own side of the board would be in order. Or 33% for exiting while having 5+ fuel. Or even you don't get a win if you leave the board.
