There already is a game you can play, very much like BlueMax. It's called Canvas Eagles. The moves are very similar, but they also play using altitude rules. To be honest, I don't see it adds much. I like Canvas Eagles move charts a little better, (although they are very similar, but with some minor changes) but the altitude rules do not make it a better game. The best part to me about Canvas Eagles is simply they have many, MANY more plane charts.
Canvas Eagles is a table top game, just like bluemax, but it's not playable yet on-line... that I know of anyway..
