As you know the site is going to transfer in Management. Soon to be I will become a normal player once again. I have much appreciated Nick's efforts at creating a site and allow me to help moderating the forum. It has given me a chance to take part in a community of 200,000 + registered user, 1000+ daily user! I have never imagine I could be a forum moderator of such a great site for the last 5 years. May your future endeavors succeed beyond your wildest imagination.

This was my 1st attempt to write journal/novel about bluemax... and it is failed.
But it raise my interest of writing and I begin spamming the forum ( ) endlessly. Most of the topics got no response except for the Bluemax Record series. It was quite success but the maintainence is quite difficult as Nick delete old games 
During the early stage of the site: 2003-2006, Nick responsible all part of the site: development/scenario management/forum modification/new game testing. So bascially he can't join any game at all  That time the forum is bascially moderated-free for 3 reason:
1. Bluemax user is usually 20+ yrs old, so they know basic netiquette already
2. Nick is too busy for moderating.
3. Only less than 1% of user using the forum.
At that time multiple accounts for a user is very common (still common nowaday), and about 7 years ago, a user keep creating account with similar name of others frequent user and joining multiple games. His intention is unknown but may just want to make fun with them. However not all user appreciate this doppelgangers approach, and it resulted in the 1st flame war in Youplay history.
Nick for the 1st time need to delete post manually. It was not until the 2nd flame war initiated by a suspicious fans of Nazi to nearly all user in the forum, and webmaster is too tired of message deleting. So it rasied the post of a forum moderator.

Since I enjoy writing quite much, and also because of the 1st and 3rd reason above. I remember I only need to write official notes 5-6 times, so you now understand why it is a no paid job  .
The site is come to a stage for the next step and I persoanlly think the forum is quite healthy. We have many user who loves this site and always keep an eye on the forum. I sincerely thanks dcr66, BlackSheep who monitor the forum voluntarily; pokerguy, BazJP for organising tournmanet; and numerous other user who help answer question in the forum/mentoring new user.
Last but not least is your support in reading/writing to the forum and the YouPlayIt community.
It has given me a chance to write/make new friend with folks from around the world. May your future endeavors succeed beyond your wildest imagination and see you all in the sky.
