1. want to kept the site free.
2. it is his first successful website!

I worked as volunteer since 2006, we always discuss the plan of the site but limited by time and other constraints. This (selling) decision is really painful as it just like give your own child to another family, the prime reason is not for money (The deal is much much lower than anyone expect, even I am shocked by the number!), but because RC groups promise to keep the existing section free and will develop a 'better' site in the future.

Hope everyone could understand and appreciate this decision. And welcome the new webmaster(Jim) in th near future.
