You could still have 16 players in two batches and the top two finishers from each group play a 4 pilot version the original 1v3 concept (4 concurrent games 1 each as snipe). It would be longer to wait for final conclusion.
I konw it is lot evil  , but the 2nd batch seems with not much empathy participant. Instead of waiting for the full team, just wanna speeding up the process and propose an option.
