I have read the "how to play" section on blue Max and at the bottom it states that the fuel criteria for honourably retirement is LESS tha 3. So you are quite correct....this rule is wrongly written and needs updating. Cheers markendl.

It's always been 3 or less in my experience for the past couple of years at least. I guess the rules should be updated to reflect that more accurately, as I suspect that would be easier than redoing the game code.
